  • I AM CURRENTLY USING THE BEST RESIN ON THE MARKET FOR DEEP POUR PRESERVATIONS SUCH AS MINE - AND WHILST THIS GIVES MORE CHANCE OF THE FLOWERS BEING EVER-LASTING, NO MATTER WHAT ANY RESIN ARTIST MAY CLAIM - ALL RESIN WILL YELLOW AND DETERIORATE OVER TIME. HOWEVER, YOUR FLOWERS SHOULD STAY INTACT. ALL ORDERS COME WITH CARE INFORMATION AND WITH THE CORRECT CARE TAKEN - ALL PRODUCTS WILL LAST FOR MANY, MANY YEARS.

  • NO, DEFINITELY NOT! I CAN DO ANY FLOWER ARRANGEMENT - WHETHER THATS FROM A WEDDING, FUNERAL, CHRISTENING - OR JUST BECAUSE IT’S YOUR FAVOURITE FLOWER! THERE IS NO CRITERIA TO MEET FOR WHAT FLOWERS I WILL OR CAN PRESERVE.

  • WHILST THE DRYING AND PRESERVATION PROCESS WILL NOT DAMAGE YOUR FLOWERS - IT IS WORTH KEEPING IN MIND THAT SOME FLOWERS WILL SLIGHTLY ALTER IN COLOUR AFTER BEING DRIED.

    FOR EXAMPLE, WHITE FLOWERS NORMALLY DRY WITH A CREAM COLOUR, AND RED FLOWERS (ROSES IN PARTICULAR) OFTEN DRY A MUCH DARKER RED

    SOME FLOWERS CAN BRUISE, FROM ALL OF THE LOVE THEY’LL RECEIVE ON YOUR BIG DAY/POSTAGE ETC - AND RHIS CAN (IN SOME CASES) LEAD THE PETALS TO GO TRANSPARENT WHEN IN RESIN.

    ON ITEMS SUCH AS LETTERS, SPHERES, TRINKET DISHES ETC - WHERE THE MOULDS ARE MADE BACKWARDS (SO I HAVE TO SET YOUR DESIGN UPSIDE DOWN) OR, THEY ARE TOO SMALL TO INCLUDE WHOLE/FULL FLOWERS - YOU WILL BE SHOWN WHICH FLOWERS WILL BE USED, BUT NO DESIGN IS POSSIBLE TO BE PROVIDED.

EVERY PIECE I WORK WITH HAS BEEN LOVINGLY CARED FOR AND HANDMADE BY MYSELF - THEREFORE THERE MAY BE SOME IMPERFECTIONS ON THE FINAL PRODUCTS. THESE MAY INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO): DUST SPECKS, TRANSPARENT PATCHES IN THE PETALS, LAYER LINES, AIR HOLES, UNEVEN EDGES, MICRO-BUBBLES OR SMALL DRIP MARKS. WHILST I WILL AIM TO CREATE PERFECT PIECES - RESIN IS A COMPLEX MATERIAL TO WORK WITH, AND SOMETIMES - TRYING TO RECTIFY THE ABOVE, CAUSES THE PIECES TO HAVE A WORSE FINAL EFFECT. ALL OF THESE ARE NOT CLASSED AS DEFECTS.

IF YOUR FLOWERS GO MISSING OR ARE DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT TO ME - I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO MEND YOUR FLOWERS - BUT YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED UPON THEIR ARRIVAL IF THEY ARE DAMAGED/WILTED ETC.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ADHERE TO THE PACKAGING AND POSTAGE TIPS I SEND TO YOU (IF YOU ARE POSTING THEM TO ME) - AND SO I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF DAMAGE/WILTING OCCURS DUE TO IMPROPER PACKAGING.

ALL FLOWERS ARE PUT TO DRY IN THEIR CURRENT CONDITION - MEANING THAT IF THEY ARE STARTING TO BROWN/WILT - THIS IS HOW THEY WILL BE DRIED. THEREFORE, THE FRESHER I GET THE FLOWERS, THE BETTER.

PLEASE NOTE: FLOWERS ARE A LIVING MATERIAL, AND THE PROCESS OF DRYING THE FLOWERS REMOVES ALL MOISTURE FROM THEM. THIS CAN AFFECT THE COLOUR OF THE BLOOMS/FOLIAGE. FOR EXAMPLE - WHITE FLOWERS OFTEN END UP CREAM, AND RED FLOWERS OFTEN END UP A DARKER SHADE OF RED. THIS IS COMPLETELY NORMAL AND CANNOT BE AVOIDED. FLOWERS CAN ALSO BRUISE FROM ALL THE LOVE YOU WILL GIVE THEM ON THE DAY OF THE OCCASION (I CAN NORMALLY TELL IF YOU’VE THROWN YOUR BOUQUET AT YOUR WEDDING!) - AND THIS MEANS THAT THE PETALS CAN SOMETIMES GO TRANSPARENT IN RESIN. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT CAN BE AVOIDED.

I WILL ONLY DRY ENOUGH FLOWERS AND FOLIAGE TO COVER YOUR ORDERED PRODUCTS - I WILL NOT DRY THE WHOLE BOUQUET. THE BEST BLOOMS/FOLIAGE WILL BE PICKED TO BE DRIED.

ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER, AND PAID YOUR 50% DEPOSIT - THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS YOUR WEDDING IS CANCELLED BY SOMETHING OUT OF YOUR CONTROL (EG, WEDDING VENUE GOES UNDER) - HOWEVER, I WOULD NEED AN EXTERNAL CONFIRMATION OF THIS.

YOUR ORDER IS NOT CONFIRMED UNLESS YOU HAVE PAID YOUR 50% DEPOSIT - EVEN IF I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR FLOWERS. THE REMAINING 50% IS DUE ONCE YOUR FLOWERS ARE DRY (4-6 WEEKS AFTER I RECEIVE THEM). THIS CAN BE PAID IN INSTALMENTS, OR IN ONE LUMP SUM.

A CARE INFO SLIP WILL BE SENT WITH YOUR ORDER - PLEASE STICK TO THESE GUIDELINES FOR OPTIMAL CARE OF YOUR PRESERVATION. I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW THE PRODUCT TRAVELS TO YOU, OR IS CARED FOR AFTER IT ARRIVES. IF YOUR PRESERVATION IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT TO YOU - A CLAIM WILL BE MADE VIA THE POSTAGE COMPANY, BUT IT WILL NOT FALL TO ME TO REIMBURSE YOU. I CAN ATTEMPT TO FIX YOUR PIECE IF THEY’RE SENT BACK TO ME.
