…By Claire Terms and Conditions

Weddings

If you have been asked to pay in full, this is non-refundable.

Your date will not be secure until this payment is made, and work will not commence on the order until the deposit is made.

By paying the deposit, you are agreeing to the terms listed here.

If you decide to cancel the order prior to any work commencing, or after work has commenced – you are agreeing to forfeit the deposit.

Work can commence at any time after the deposit is paid.

Any refunds given will only be returned to the card used to pay. Partial or full refunds may be given in certain circumstances – please contact me for more information.

Additions can be made up to three weeks prior to delivery/collection on large orders and up to two weeks prior for smaller orders. These will be billed in full. There is no refund on additional items. You may incur extra charges for rush delivery or packaging costs.

I have many couples requesting the same dates and it is on a first come, first serve basis.

Even if quotes have been sent out and emails have been exchanged – your order is not confirmed until a deposit is paid.

Materials will also not be ordered, nor will any work commence until the deposit is paid.

Bank transfers are preferable, but other methods of payments can be discussed.

All payments must be made within 14 days of invoicing.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. To avoid price changes, please confirm you wish to go ahead within the 30 days.

If there are any adjustments to your final order, these will be added to the final invoice. If your numbers change and I have already ordered supplies for the previously agreed amount then you will be subject to extra costs for getting the extra materials ordered in.

It is your responsibility to provide a guest list and all on the day details by the deadline given to you upon order confirmation (usually 6 weeks prior to your delivery/collection date).

Any big changes or details provided late may incur a rush charge and may alter the delivery date.

Please triple check all spelling on your wording and guest lists when they are sent to me. I am not liable for spelling mistakes or grammar errors if they are the same as the details provided to me. If work has commenced and a mistake is noticed by me or you then you will be liable to pay for extra materials if it cannot be amended.

General:

All care has been taken to secure your items during transport but once work has been shipped/left my care, I can no longer take responsibility for the safety of your items if they are delayed, lost, or damaged. All items are sent via the postal method you choose at checkout.

Personalised or made to order products cannot be refunded or returned. Partial or full refunds may be given in certain circumstances – please contact me for more information. Any refunds given will only be returned to the card used to pay. If a refund is granted, the item will need to be returned to me in the same state it was sent to you in prior to a refund being processed.

Only one discount/voucher/promotional code can be used at any one time.

Thank you
